Mental health is a topic that demands our attention, even if it makes us uncomfortable. I created this compelling tactile media project to raise awareness and advocate for individuals facing mental health challenges. By bridging the gap between those in need and those with existing access, I am passionate about positively impacting people's lives.
In this project, I took charge of every aspect, from inception to completion, ensuring a cohesive and impactful result. I invite you to watch the accompanying video, where I demonstrate how all the components seamlessly work together to deliver an engaging experience.
In my pursuit of raising awareness for mental health, I implemented an ingenious Guerilla marketing tactic to amplify the visibility of my message. As part of my project, I created custom-designed medication labels. I strategically placed them on pill bottles and scattered them throughout the Michigan State University campus.
By ingeniously blending design and advocacy, I transformed everyday objects into powerful conversation starters. With their thought-provoking labels, these pill bottles captured passersby's attention, sparking curiosity and encouraging dialogue about mental health.
This unconventional approach grabbed people's attention and served as a catalyst for destigmatizing mental health conversations. By creating an unexpected encounter with my project, I fostered an environment where discussions about mental health became more accessible and normalized.
Through this innovative Guerilla marketing tactic, I effectively maximized the visibility of my project, ensuring that it reached a broader audience and made a lasting impact on campus.
Join me on this journey to create a world where mental health is openly discussed and supported. Together, we can make a difference.
